Is the AI assistant included on the free plan?
Yes. Tickie is free with your own Gemini key. Your key stays on your device; chat history syncs to your account. Voice input and AI Notes are available on the web.
How do I pay, and is my card stored?
Payments are processed by Paystack. TickOff does not store your card details.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes. TickOff Pro renews automatically each month unless you cancel first. You'll get renewal reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before your plan renews, in-app and on Telegram if you've connected it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancel in Settings to stop future renewals. You keep Pro until your paid period ends; cancellation does not automatically refund it.
What's the difference in Spaces between Free and Pro?
Free includes one Space with up to three members. Pro includes unlimited Spaces and collaborators.
